FAQs

  • No, our buildings are designed with a standard height of 2.5 metres, therefore planning permission is not required. All buildings will require a 500mm clearance between the boundary or obstacle to adhere to building regulations.

  • Yes, foundations will be required prior to the installation of the garden studio. We offer a ground screw system is specifically designed for ease of installation. It offers a quick, mess free, environmentally friendly, removable and repositionable. The perfect foundation solution for your garden studio.

  • Our construction system allows us to quickly install our buildings into your garden. Installation typically takes 5 days subject to site conditions and access.

  • Our studios can be used as a garden office, home gym, music room, art studio, play room or simply somewhere to escape.

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer finance.

  • Mains connection is included in the electrical package that we offer. We have a fully qualified electrician to carry out all work that is required to get you up and running.

  • Yes, we carry out a site survey for your peace of mind. Our highly qualified surveyor will ensure a smooth installation process.

  • Unfortunately, a phone line is not included in the price. This can be arranged by the customer prior to the installation starting and we can work alongside the company installing the line into the studio.

  • The floor, skirting board will be fully installed. The walls and ceiling will be smooth to create a decorative finish on internal walls and ceilings and ready to be painted. Skirting boards are MDF primed and ready to be painted.

  • Prior to the installation, ensure the ground is free of bushes, trees and is ready for our groundworks.

  • As standard we offer a 10 year guarantee which covers any manufacturing defaults.
