Timber Cladding
Our Garden Studios come with high quality cladding to improve the luxury appearance of the building. Cladding is also ideal for further protecting against the tough weather conditions. All information about the cladding can be discussed in person during the full consultation process.
Your choice of timber cladding will be sustainably sourced either with FSC or PEFC accreditation.
We face fix our cladding as it provides a more stable and solid fix and all our cladding is installed vertically.
We offer Thermowood cladding as it’s a thermally, beautiful and durable cladding choice. It’s stable, resistant to decay and resin free. Sustainable thermal modification improves the wood’s properties, producing an incredibly resilient product for outdoor application.
Hardie Board Cladding
Hardie board cladding is a high-performance fibre cement cladding, a maintenance free, long lasting cladding. Composite cladding gives a wide choice of colours and finishes that are both colour and structurally stable. With fire retardant grade composite cladding this is also an option when building close to boundaries and fences. A2 fire-rated for your safety and this is one of the many quality features.
High performance alternatives to wood and uPVC cladding. It’s much easier to maintain while giving you the same rustic look, we love about wood. The fibre cement board is long lasting and durable for years to come.
Patio Doors
The uPVC patio door is available with a 2, 3 or 4 panes to suit your requirements. It features a stainless steel, easy glide track system. Low line gaskets for a larger visible glass area, concealed drainage and double woolpiling for improved draft proofing. Features a combined reinforcement and multi-point locking system, includes anti-lift properties to combat would-be intruders.

French Doors
The uPVC French doors are available with side screens to match and include double handle set as standard. Multi-point locking system, with shoot bolts to both doors as standard. All our new doors feature the very latest A+ Rated energy efficient toughened glass.
The uPVC frames internally are white, with your chosen colour option visible on the external face of the profile. This can enhance the interior of your room as the frame easily blends in, particularly if finished off with a painted white plaster interior.
Bi-Fold Doors
Bi-Folds are great alternatives to French doors and have the advantage of maximising your space and allowing you to open up the studio into your garden.

Windows
The uPVC window can come as a non-opening window or opening casement windows as side hung or top hung. Or the option to have tilt and turn windows. All of which can be discussed with our consultant on a site visit. All our new windows feature the very latest A+ Rated energy efficient toughened glass as standard.
Outside Lighting
We have a range of options for the LED outdoor lighting in stainless steel finishes to complement your Garden Studio. All of our outdoor lighting is IP rated to with stand the British weather and won’t damage your lights. PIR detectors can be used to activate your external lights as and when you approach your studio. They will only activate once it becomes dark outside.
They are really useful during the winter and darker nights of the months and help with locking and unlocking your studio a lot easier. As well as adding that stylish finish to light up the studio.
Outside Socket
An external socket can be position anywhere to suit your needs and is really useful to avoid running extension cables in your garden.
Our external socket is IP66 and high impact resistant, making them waterproof and safe to use outside.
Standard Electrical Connection
We will need to make a full electrical connection to your existing power supply for you. This is included in the electrical package and will be connected through to the studio. The armoured cable will be laid in a trench through soft ground, or run above ground clipped to a permanent solid surface such as an exterior wall.
If your site requires additional works above this, then there will be additional charges, however we will give you a quote before any work commences and once quoted that price will be final.
