Interior
Flooring and Skirting
All our studios come with a premium 5mm fibreboard underlay which has a strong thermal resistance and excellent sound proofing qualities up to 19db, while providing maximum comfort underfoot. A premium engineered wood floor that is as hardwearing as it is beautiful, it will add warmth and character to any room. All our flooring options have a rich texture and grains to replicate natural timber products.
We also ensure our floor meet the FSC requirements and you can therefore be assured that your flooring is responsibly sourced.
To finish your flooring our prices also include a white MDF skirting.
Plaster Finish
Plasterers smooth to create a decorative finish on internal walls and ceilings. All studios will be skimmed to give the room a fresh feel and bring a space to life.
Socket Option
All our Garden Studios comes with an electrical package to meet your needs. Each building is a bespoke package and comes with double sockets, dimmer switch & LED lighting. We use quality branded products for great quality electrical fittings and are testes to ensure they conform to the relevant British Standards.
When positioning your sockets there are several factors to take into consideration. For example, if you’re using it for an office, you will need to think about the position of your desk. It is also a useful place to install your USB sockets as it will enable you to charge your phone or tablet at your desk.
To conform to wiring regulations all our Garden Studios will come with a consumer unit to protect lighting and electric appliances. They are size appropriate to save wall space and are discreet.
Heating
All our heating has a touch of luxury added to them. We offer an electric Ultra slim heater which will complement your Garden Studio. This heater has a ceramic finish and comes with an adjustable thermostat.
